Privacy

At Dreamy Baby we respect your privacy. Your personal details will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold and will only be used to process your order or forward you our newsletters. The online ordering system is through PayPal: a payment processor at an SSL secured and encrypted site. Any information collected by PayPal or Dreamy Baby is for the sole purpose of giving you a secure and efficient shopping experience.


Dreamy Baby cannot take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the use of a stolen credit card. PayPal has measures to deal with these issues, and I recommend that you contact PayPal regarding these rare issues should they arise.

Privacy
At Dreamy Baby, we respect your privacy at all times. Your personal details will not be disclosed or sold, unless ordered by a court of law. Your information will be used to process orders only. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at
sales@dreamybaby.com.au and put “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Pricing
All pricing at Dreamy Baby is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Dreamy Baby reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Ordering
Orders can be made online with the help of our user–friendly shopping cart system. Our system ensures that your private details remain confidential.
We accept payment online via PayPal or direct deposit.

E–mail
We are happy to accept orders via email. All you need to do is email
sales@dreamybaby.com.au to place your order and advise your method of payment. We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.

Bank Clearance of Funds
Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.

Out of Stock Items / Back–Orders
From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back–order your item.
In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in–stock will be dispatched to you, and the back–ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense. Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. At Dreamy Baby we ensure that our products are of the highest quality however we do understand that a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. We ask that you contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. The item must be unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact.
An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged. Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable.

At Dreamy Baby every dispatched item is checked and packaged by us with care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Dreamy Baby will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Postage costs will not be included in the refund.
